T&Cs, Delivery and Legal Stuff
For orders to the UK, the delivery charge is £2.90. There is free shipping for orders of £100 and above. (Just use code “FreeShip100”).
For international orders, the delivery charge is £7.95. All international deliveries are sent with proof of postage.
We take payment by Stripe and BACS transfer. All Stripe payments are taken via Stripes’s secure server.
Any personal data will be used to provide the information, goods and services offered through our website to you, for billing and order fulfillment only.
If you sign up to our newsletter we may use your email address to send you information about products or services.
You can opt out of these at any point, and you can ask for personal data to stop being recorded at any time.

Disclosure of personal data
We may disclose your personal data only in cases where we are required by law to pass on information or if we believe action is necessary for fraud, cyber crime or to protect the website, rights, or personal safety of person/s. We may also disclose aggregate statistics about visitors to our website [customers and sales] in order to describe our services to prospective partners [advertisers, sponsors] and other reputable third parties and for other lawful purposes, but these statistics will include no personally identifiable information.
Please allow up to 20 days before dispatch as all items are handmade to measure. Please note; the average dispatch time is 14 days.
All domestic orders are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class post, 1st Class is available – however this must be specially requested by email. UK delivery time is 3-5 working days.
All international orders are sent signed for, with proof of postage. International delivery is 5-7 working days after dispatch.
Please note we are a small business, and that we are occasionally closed for holidays. We will endeavour to put a notice on our homepage if we are closed.
Right to Cancel
All customers have the right to cancel their orders under the The Distance Selling Regulations which give consumers extra protection when buying online. Specific legislation here that applies is regulation 8 of The Distance Selling Regulations.
These terms are governed by English law. Any contract for the purchase of goods from this site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with any such contract will be governed by English law.
Returns and Refunds
We pride ourselves on the quality of all our products, but if any item doesn’t live up to your expectations, please send us an email, and pics if necessary, to email@example.com and let us know the problem.
Generally we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, your item must be in the original packaging including any garment labels being still attached.
The confirmation invoice that is sent with your goods is also your returns slip, so please include a copy of this when you return an item.
Please note that unless the item is defective you will have to pay the return postage.
Any refunds will be issued once we receive any items back.
It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please contact us.
If you are shipping goods over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, and please get proof of sending as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
